WHY: Pitching is a complex process and requires repetition of the right movements, in the right sequence and with the right timing to be repeatable and effective. Coaches at practice rarely have the time to provide adequate training.

WHAT: We will utilize the same drills taught at the professional level. The session will focus on performance, NOT CONDITIONING. The NPA has identified 9 critical movements to effective pitching and the drills will train the athlete TO execute these correctly.

COST: Pre-register for 8 sessions at $20/session. $20 x 8 sessions + processing fee $5.00) = $165.00
