At the NPA NorCal, we strongly believe that athletes who are better informed about what works best, and also what doesn’t, are more likely to improve their skills, avoid injuries and stay in the game longer. We’re not talking rocket science here. But we are talking about science-based practices and protocols that we’ve used for decades that have helped make huge differences for all of the players we’ve worked with.
